Shipping and Payment Terms
Delivery ex works. Flat shipping rate € 7,50 via UPS or DHL within Germany. For orders of € 75,– or more, the flat shipping rate does not apply.
Shipping via DHL (insured) up to 2 kg:
- Within the EU: € 13,50
- Worldwide (except US, CA, AU, NZ):
- € 18,60 for a goods value up to € 85,00
- € 26,90 for a goods value over > € 85,00
Shipping via UPS (insured) up to 4 kg:
- DK, NL, BE, LU: € 12,50
- IT, ES, PL, SL, Slov. Rep.: € 23,50
- CH, PT, IR, NW: € 30,00
- US, CA: € 40,00
- AU, NZ: € 45,00
Important notice:
For orders from abroad, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are borne by the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
Checking shipping costs
You can view the exact shipping costs for your delivery country in the shopping cart once you have added at least one item. To the right of “Shipping to,” select your delivery country from the drop-down list. The cart will reload automatically and display the shipping costs and the total amount.
Note:
Be sure to check the goods upon receipt for any transport damage in the presence of the delivery agent and have the carrier confirm this in writing. Without this confirmation, a subsequent claim for transport damage cannot be traced and therefore cannot be considered.
Payment:
You can pay in our online shop by advance payment (bank transfer) (Bank details: OTTER-Messer GmbH, Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen BLZ: 34250000, Konto: 1177823, IBAN: DE15342500000001177823, BIC: SOLSDE33) or select direct debit, credit card, or purchase on account via PayPal during checkout.
Cash on delivery:
We cannot offer shipping by cash on delivery, as consignments sent this way are not insured.
