1. National Shipping (Germany)
Shipping Service Provider: UPS or DHL (Delivery ex works)
Flat-Rate Shipping: €7.50
Free Shipping: For orders with a total value of €80.00 or more, the flat-rate shipping fee within Germany is waived.

Important Notice for International Orders: Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for orders from abroad. These costs are borne by the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
3. Calculating Shipping Costs in the Shopping Cart
You can easily check the exact and up-to-date shipping costs for your specific delivery country directly in the shopping cart:
Add at least one item to the shopping cart.
Select your desired delivery country from the drop-down menu next to "Shipping to".
The shopping cart will automatically reload and display the correct shipping costs and the total amount.

5. Important Notice Regarding Transport Damage
Please inspect received goods immediately in the presence of the delivery person for any potential transport damage.
Please have visible damages confirmed in writing directly by the carrier/delivery agent.
Subsequent complaints regarding transport damage cannot be traced without such written confirmation and therefore cannot be considered.
