Shipping and payment conditions

Delivery ex works, flat-rate shipping fee € 6.90 by UPS within Germany. 
From an order value of € 50,- the flat rate for shipping is waived.
Any additional options (island surcharge, express delivery) will be charged.

Shipping by DHL (insured) up to 2 kg:
Within the EU: € 13.50 

Worldwide (except US, CA, AU, NZ):
€ 18.60 up to a goods value of € 85.00
€ 26.90 from a value of goods > € 85.00

Shipping by UPS (insured) up to 4 kg:

DK, NL, BE, LU: € 12,50
IT, ES, PL, SL, Slow. Rep.: € 23,50
CH, PT, IR, NW: € 30,00
US, CA: € 40,00
AU, NZ: € 45,00

Check the shipping costs:
The exact shipping costs for your delivery country can be displayed in the shopping basket if you place at least one item in the shopping basket in advance. To the right of "Shipping to", you can select your delivery country from the drop-down list. The shopping cart reloads automatically after the selection and shows you the shipping costs and the total amount.

Note:
It is essential that you check the goods received for any transport damage in the presence of the supplier and please have this confirmed in writing by the carrier. A subsequent claim for transport damage cannot be made without this confirmation and therefore cannot be considered.

Payment:
You can pay in advance in our online shop (bank details: OTTER-Messer GmbH, Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen BLZ: 34250000, Konto: 1177823, IBAN: DE15342500000001177823, BIC: SOLSDE33) or select the payment methods direct debit, credit card or purchase on account by PayPal in the order process.

Cash on delivery:
We cannot offer you cash on delivery as the shipment is not insured in this way.
