OTTER Classic Damascus
Product information "OTTER Classic Damascus"
The Classic Damascus is a pocket knife that combines tradition, craftsmanship and elegant design to perfection. With its high-quality Damascus blade from a German, family-run forge, this knife not only offers unrivalled sharpness, but also a unique grain that makes each piece one of a kind.
The handle made of fine burl birch wood impresses with its natural beauty and ergonomic shape. Thanks to its elegantly curved design, the pocket knife sits perfectly in the hand. The steel bolsters of the knife pay homage to one of the first OTTER knife models and reflect the brand's rich history.
Why the Classic Damascus pocket knife is special:
- Damascus steel blade: Forged in Germany, with a unique pattern and exceptional sharpness
- Handle made from curly birch: Natural, stylish and ergonomically shaped
- Tradition meets design: Steel bolsters with a historical reference, inspired by the first OTTER knives
- Unique limited edition: only 2 pieces worldwide - an exclusive collector's item
We use Damascus blades forged from low-alloy cold work steels (1.2842/1.5634, 75Ni8). The hardness is around 61 Rockwell. Please note that the damascus we use is not stainless.
