OTTER 07 Micarta
This classic pocket knife combines timeless design and functionality - attributes that were already valued by farmers. Its name, the ‘Notschlachter’, comes from this tradition. Today, the knife delights both collectors and outdoor enthusiasts and is perfect as a robust everyday knife.
The handle is made of green Micarta, a durable material that offers two key advantages: It is extremely resistant to moisture and ensures a secure grip, even in wet conditions, thanks to its non-slip surface.
The release mechanism is located at the end of the handle and allows the blade to be folded in by simply pressing it.
The brass bolsters, tang and rivets give the emergency butcher a harmonious and high-quality design. The blade is available in two versions: stainless steel which is particularly resistant to moisture and neutral in flavour, and carbon steel which is known for its outstanding edge retention and easy resharpening.
