Shopping is easy and convenient

Online shopping at OTTER-Messer is convenient and clear at the same time. And this is how it works:

Step 1:
Select the products you would like to order. One click is all it takes for the item you have selected to go into your personal shopping basket, which is displayed at the top right and updates itself automatically as you add new products. You can remove or add products from the shopping basket at any time. The current price and the total amount (plus shipping costs) including VAT are always displayed in the shopping cart.

Step 2:
Once you have selected the desired goods, click on "Checkout" and you will be taken to the login area. Here you can order either as a "guest" or as a "customer". If you already have a customer account with us, you can log in with your access data. Your personal data will then be transferred during the ordering process. After you have entered your personal data, you will be taken to the next page where the payment method "payment in advance" is automatically specified (at present we only offer this form of payment). Please note that you can only continue with this process if you have read and accepted our General Terms and Conditions and ticked the appropriate checkbox. If you would like to enter a different delivery address, you can still add a different/additional delivery address to your address book by clicking on the "Change address" button and then "New address". In any case, please add a telephone number so that we can reach you as quickly as possible in case of queries.

Step 3:
Once you have selected the correct delivery address, chosen the method of payment and accepted the terms and conditions, you will now be taken to the order confirmation via the "continue" button, where you can once again view all the relevant information and the total amount including shipping costs. Click on "Order" and your order will be transmitted to us. You will then be taken to a confirmation page, and an e-mail with all details and relevant information about your order will be sent to you immediately.
