The OTTER knife no. 130 is the best all-rounder among our refining knives. It not only possesses a fixed loosening tool made of horn at the end of the handle, as well as another one on the back of the blade. This facilitates refining fruit trees, as well as vines. The blade has an angular shape grinding on one side, whereas the backside has a straight edge grind. It is made of carbon steel. The slender handle consists of rugged plastic or of robust sapele wood and has a good hand feel during work.
